Sometimes a woman simply needs a little time to herself! She needs time away from all the responsibilities of work, home and family, and time to be refreshed with other women like her who understand.
That is the heart behind the LOJ Caldwell Women’s Circle of Faith Ministry: a welcoming sisterhood where women can relax, share, laugh, build meaningful friendships and grow together in their faith. Led by Deacon Barbara Muckle, our Women’s Ministry creates a warm, supportive and non-judgmental space where women can be themselves, encourage one another and share the wisdom that comes from both God’s Word and their own life experiences.
And this is definitely not your ordinary women’s group! Whether sharing over an intimate dinner, catching a show in Manhattan, gathering for prayer and Bible study or simply spending an evening laughing and talking over coffee and pastries, our women make time for something that can easily get lost in the demands of everyday life: themselves!
Such priceless moments forge friendships that nurture and sustain our sisters for years to come. It is because of this strong circle that women who sacrifice so much of their lives caring for everyone else have a place where they, too, can be encouraged, strengthened and refueled.
