We believe the message of Jesus belongs everywhere life happens — not just inside the four walls of a church. That is why evangelism at LOJ Caldwell takes many different forms, but always with one purpose: we do not merely want to reach people with the Gospel. We also want the Gospel to reach and transform people’s lives.
Sometimes that means taking the Gospel directly into our community through personal and door-to-door outreach. Other times, it means inviting the community to join us for a movie night, or a special guest speaker, or a practical seminar addressing real-life issues such as marriage, divorce, relationships, finances and personal growth.
And sometimes, evangelism means thinking outside the traditional church box. From conferences exploring technology, artificial intelligence and economic opportunity to conversations about navigating life's most difficult seasons, we want to create spaces where faith meets the questions people have, the challenges we all face and the opportunities that are brimming with potential. Wherever we go, whatever we do, our approach begins with a simple question: “Is there anything we can do to help YOU?” We believe evangelism is not only about telling people of the love of Jesus; it is also about finding meaningful ways to demonstrate it.
