That is why LOJ Caldwell established our “Get Real” Men’s Ministry, which brings men together to build genuine friendships, strengthen our faith and gain Christ-centered wisdom for the unique lives men actually live.
Led by Pastor Todd, our men share honestly about faith, family, relationships, careers, finances, responsibilities and the challenges that come with trying to be godly men. Drawing from nearly three decades of ministry leadership and real-world litigation experience as a trial attorney, Pastor Todd combines biblical truth with everyday life experiences to help men grow spiritually, personally and professionally.
And sometimes, we just hang out! Whether we are catching a Yankees or Jets game, fishing at the Jersey Shore, sharing dinner at a local restaurant or sitting together for Bible study, our Men’s Ministry is all about building the kind of brotherhood where men can laugh together, learn from one another and never have to wonder whether someone has their back.
Our goal is simple: to help each other become better husbands, fathers, friends, leaders and men of faith — empowered to live with purpose and make a real difference in every area of our lives.
